Operations Dashboard Redesign
I currently lead the product, research, and design direction in a architectural overhaul and redesign of the Operations platform.
Not only do I test and validate with end-users to ensure usability, but I also work closely with developers/stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and long-term scalability.
Order Tasks
An order tasks system designed to streamline Operational efficiency, encourage actionability, and create a foundation for automated task workflows.
This feature resulted in huge Operational gains and enabled the team to simplify standard work processes while taking on more workload. This feature was later awarded a patent.
Route Selection
A customer-centric page that empowers users with their route selections when placing orders. By surfacing the right details in the right ways, customers can confidently choose the best route to meet their delivery and cost needs.
METHODS & PROCESSES
What I love about designing software is not just the end-product, but also the many steps in between problem and solution.
The brainstorming, collaborating, ideating, validating, and synthesizing are all just as exciting as the final release of a feature.
